Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our premium freshwater and saltwater fishing gear with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review the following details carefully.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging intact
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fly Fishing Technical Gear (waders, boots, and other personal equipment)
- Opened packages of Saltwater Line & Leader materials
- Used Freshwater Lures or Saltwater Lures
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 business hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
3. Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Affix the provided return label (for U.S. returns) or follow international return shipping instructions.
4. Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Processed within 3 business days of approval
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days of approval
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify the replacement item(s) you desire
- We’ll ship your new item(s) once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs forms should be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged item/incorrect shipment
- We’ll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you
