Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original tags and packaging intact. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns on certain technical gear (see exceptions below).

Important Exceptions

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Fly Fishing Technical Gear (waders, boots, and other personal equipment)
  • Opened packages of Saltwater Line & Leader materials
  • Used Freshwater Lures or Saltwater Lures

These exceptions help us maintain the highest standards for all our anglers.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours (business days), our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

3. Package & Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Affix the provided return label (for U.S. returns) or follow the international return shipping instructions.

4. Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Processed within 3 business days of approval
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days of approval

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify the replacement item(s) you desire
  3. We’ll ship your new item(s) once the return is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs forms should be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged item/incorrect shipment
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you
